Get quiet, sustain silence and cultivate the skills that make you more present in your mind and body.

Foster self-awareness by learning how to listen and how to notice what's happening in your mind, body and the things around you. This is the foundation of Contemplative Practices.

Acceptance

Move into acceptance to see yourself, others and situations as they are, softening the resistance around you. When we meet acceptance, we drop deeper into truth, curiosity and action.

Inquiry

Create space for inquiry to guide you when you feel blocked or confused. Give yourself permission to investigate, ask, explore and pause before rushing to conclusions, answers and destinations.

Compassion

The practice of compassion and self-compassion is where a shift happens, where we create a safer, more integrated and connected container for ourselves and others.

Integration

The last pillar is the ongoing and courageous process of integrating our internal world, our multiple parts. It’s the homecoming to your full, whole self.
